On behalf of the staff of NZTA Auckland, we would like to thank you all so very much for the Wonderful Meal, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed last Friday 11th December 2009 at the NZ Army (Arch Hill) Venue. We had numerous staff comment on the quality, quantity, service etc from the Spit Roast Company. Your staff were very helpful, patient, friendly and courteous.
The excess food was brought back to the office on Friday night and stored away for lunch yesterday, which once again went down well with everyone. We had a really great time and will be recommending the Spit Roast Company to family and friends. Wishing you all a very Merry Xmas and Happy New Year.

On behalf of The University of Auckland Library I would like to thank you and your staff for providing us with a wonderful selection of fresh breads and salads, ham, lamb and condiments for our end of year staff Xmas function. The quality of the food was absolutely outstanding and we have received numerous compliments from staff that attended, on the high quality of the food. Just wanted to drop a line in and say thanks for a great day on Saturday.
Your Waikato team did a fantastic job – as my mum said “they must have been good, because I didn’t even notice them”, and I feel the same way. I was able to completely relax and just enjoy myself! Gaylene and the team really outdid themselves with professionalism and taking the initiative. They’re clearly an experienced unit! As for the choice of food – I was very very happy. The BBQ Supreme package was just perfect given the amount of varying ages (from 1 year to 87) and tastes, and I hear that my dad and a crew of inebriated rugby boys later polished off the leftover potatoes and meat, which your team had packed up for us! It was also great having a selection of nibbles packaged up for the bridal party – the groom and head bridesmaid were so nervous about their speeches I think it was the only thing they actually ate all day! Please pass on my thanks to everyone who was involved, for making our “big day” so easy, relaxed and enjoyable!

I would like to express my thanks to the two wonderful staff members of the Spit Roast Company. Heather and Grace organised the meal on my 50th Birthday on Saturday 30th January. They were on time, efficient and friendly and did a fantastic job. Everyone commented on how lovely the food was and there was plenty of it.

It's not often that all the guests say how wonderful the food is! Your portions were more than generous, and we had heaps of leftovers to share out amongst our families, which was lovely. The food was awesome, and served beautifully, and everyone has said how nice your team were to work with and how friendly they were. Despite me being horribly slow in realizing they had finished all their work, they were incredibly patient and completely professional throughout. And, of course, prior to the day, the patience that you had with a neurotic bride to be who has never organized an event before was awesome, and your calm response to all my crazy phone calls (including the one made by my wonderful new husband to ask you questions when he didn’t know what the questions were!) was amazingly reassuring. Thanks for being part of making our wedding day perfect.

I would like to take t his opportunity to say tahnk you for the wonderful service you provided to us on Saturday. Once again the food served to our geuests was varied, delicious and well presented with no sign of scrimping on quality.
